The D1NYC shop is committed to providing products to collectors which meet or exceed their reasonable expectations. Providing customers with AUTHENTIC top notch products is a primary goal and fundamental element of our business mission.


Does the artwork you sell come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

At the buyers request, a COA may be generated for paintings/prints only. Please annotate during checkout.

How do I make a payment? 

The D1NYC shop checkout uses PayPal and Stripe which is a secure and safe way to pay. Both payment options accept major credit/debit cards and uses Secure Server Checkout (SSL) technology for your protection. 

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders foreign and domestic (except apparel and some original art) are shipped the next business day via USPS. In most cases, your order will be shipped First Class (13 ounces or less) or Priority mail (over 13 ounces). You will receive an email containing your tracking/customs number shortly after you place your order. All orders over $100 USD will include added insurance and will require Signature Confirmation (U.S. only). 

**Orders for apparel and original art (when specified) will ship from a separate location and within 2-3 business days. Shipping method/company may vary and you will be notified once order is shipped.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. International shipping is available to include FPO addresses.  

What are the estimated shipping times?

Keep in mind, these are only estimates. First Class takes approximately 3-5 business days. Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 business days. International shipping takes approximately 10-15 days and may take longer depending on your countries customs policies and procedures. 

What is the store return policy?

Sorry, no returns, exchanges, or store credit. All sales are final. 

What if there are issues with my order?

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please send a message through the contact page and it will be handled in a timely fashion. 

I never received my order, what now?

Over at D1NYC.com, we do our best to mitigate any issues with your order. We want your experience to be smooth and seamless. On our end, we do everything possible to ensure your order is carefully packaged and handled in the utmost professional manner.  We do ask that you verify your mailing address during check out and your PayPal information reflects. If your shipment gets lost during transit, we will file the insurance claim for you (Within 30 days of original shipment). If there was an error on our end, say no more, we will take care of it! What we will not cover: "Undeliverable" or "Lost" mail due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer and tracking statuses stating "Delivered."

Do you do bulk rates or do wholesale?
